I take folding chairs for everyone to use for having breaks/lunch in car-park if you want to do that.
If weather or conditions are debatable I will contact you day prior or around 6am when reports are released on the day to get a consensus to go or not. Forward your contact number.
If I don’t call its all go. Return at closing or earlier if conditions deteriorate or when everyone is ready.

Weather Comment
We’re open! Overnight we’ve had 15cm of fresh snow with hardly any wind and the mountain is looking epic, today is one you won’t want to miss. There are a few moving parts this morning as patrol carry out control work and our de-ice crew are on the Summit. We’re aiming to have Nor’West and Summit open by 9am, but depending on conditions there may be a slight delay for the Summit and upper terrain. Thanks for working with us as your safety is the priority and we’ll get you into the pow as soon as we can. Unmarked hazards exist both on and off trail, so please ski and ride with care. Always read the signage and enter through terrain gates to make sure the area you’re heading into is open. Make the most of today as our old mate the wind is forecast to return later this weekend! Drive safe, and we look forward to seeing you all soon.
Information
The Alpine Sports Adventure crew will be set up on the hill today – come scope the newest skis, boards, and gear, and maybe even take a demo for a spin.
