Weather Comment

At 5:45am we have clear skies overhead, light breezes in the base area and 45km/h southerlies at the summit. It is shaping up be an amazing day up here with a forecast of all day sunshine and easing winds. First Tracks in ON and all trails and parks have been groomed and are ready to go. Please note: there will be temporary road closures during the Peak to Pub race this afternoon. The road will close to uphill traffic from 12:30pm and downhill traffic at 1:15pm. The road then reopen once the last competitors are clear - around 3pm. Off-piste conditions are firm but may soften on solar aspects later in the day. Please check signage before venturing off the groomed trails and respect all closures. Drive safely - we look forward to seeing you up here soon!
