Mōrena from Whakapapa, and happy Sunday!We're remaining optimistic this morning and hoping to see some of that forecast snow arrive as the day progresses.From 8:00am, Guest Services, Lorenz's Bar and Café, and Rentals will be open to get you fuelled up, geared up, and ready for the day. Retail will follow from 8:30am.From 9:00am, Happy Valley, Snowland, the Rangatira Express, and the Sky Waka Gondola are all scheduled to open.We're also currently planning to open the Valley T-Bar and Delta Quad, but we'll be keeping a close eye on wind and visibility as the incoming weather begins to roll through.The Knoll Ridge T-Bar will start the morning on Patrol checks. We'll take a close look at visibility and current surface conditions before confirming an opening time, so please keep an eye on our updates throughout the morning.A quick road update: the Bruce Road currently has a carry-chains restriction for two-wheel drive vehicles. Conditions may change as the weather moves in today, so please come prepared, drive carefully, and check the latest road status before travelling.We're looking forward to a great Sunday on the maunga and hopefully some fresh snow to go with it.
