Information
We have clear views across Canterbury. Winds are currently averaging 74km/h, with gusts of up to 130km/h over the summit. The forecast is for winds to increase throughout the day, which may result in lift holds later on.Due to the strong overnight winds, our grooming team only managed to get out on the slopes this morning. We currently have the Nor'West lift open and then will open the Summit/Triple once upper mountain grooming has been completed. Please expect delays on both the Summit and Triple lifts while grooming operations are completed. The best skiing today will be on the main trails. Off-trail conditions are firm due to the recent strong winds. Please read all signage before entering any terrain and ensure your ability level matches the terrain you choose to enter.
