Road info
The gate on our access road will open at 7:15am. Road surface conditions can change quickly due to traffic volumes and/or weather conditions so check and load your chains just in case. If you see a line of traffic forming behind you, please pull to the side to allow faster vehicles past. The speed limit on our access road is 40km/h. Keep left to maintain 2-way access at all time.

Today the sun is shining, and the winds are forecast to remain light all day - the prefect ingredients for a great day out on a perfectly manicured corduroy! Oh - and the kids are back at school too...The best skiing and riding will be on our groomed trails and parks today: Lex's Way will open for the first time this season, we've widened out Platter Splatter and our snowmaking system has been running full noise to refresh the main trails ahead of your visit today.Please note that snowmaking will continue through the day as conditions allow.Off-trail terrain will start off very firm and carries the risk of long slides. As we saw yesterday, the snow might release on sunnier aspects during the day and so there's a chance Mid Towers and Bob's Knob will open. Check signage at the summit for the latest status of all our off-piste zones.It will be a ripper day to try out NZ's highest spa if you're game (togs mandatory thanks!)Please show consideration and respect to everyone you are sharing the mountain with by observing the Snow Code: "Give Way" means matching your speed to surrounding skiers and riders in busier areas and being prepared for others to make sudden changes in direction or speed. Our Slope Safety team will be out today and will suspend lift access where necessary.We look forward to seeing you up here!
