Information
Friday the 3rd of October - We are Open! Well folks, it’s that magical time of spring on the Big One, no were not talking about Craigieburn — Mt Olympus is serving up a feast of CORN SNOW so sweet and buttery it’s practically harvest time. *Go Put on "Rain is a Good Thing" by Luke Bryan* Rain makes corn, corn makes whiskey, whiskey makes our Derek, get a little frisky. (You’ve been warned.) Up high, the Main Face is skiing like a groomed paddock after a good dose of nitrogen, while Little Alaska’s been farming out lines all day long — good edge hold, soft transitions, and enough grip to make a sheepdog jealous. Down low? Well, it’s a bit Cape Foulwind — soggy, wind-blasted, and smells suspiciously like seaweed and regrets. But that’s spring, baby. We're gonna end the season the same we started. Goddam agricultural, only this time its corn. You know the Parsons? The only thing getting farmed harder than Cape Foulwind is Pasons Dollar after 1pm. Things are ripping, kids are jumping, straightlines are being skied. Mt Olympus - Home of Freeride,
