Weather Comment

The great news is that we had 12cms of snow yesterday with another 10cms overnight making 22cms from the storm. It has been wind affected, meaning some areas have been cleared by the wind while others are fat with big drifts. The team are in the process of finishing the pistes, which will be groomed with cold dry snow. The less great news is that the wind is still with us. While the actual winds are light to moderate, the gusts are strong and may well impact chairlift operations, although they are forecast to ease from mid-morning. We currently have scattered cloud and cold temps, but should see some sun during the day. Wind and snow is all part of the fun this spring - but bring an adventurous spirit and some patience and you should be rewarded with some great riding and sliding on the mountain today.
