Weather Comment

It’s 4pm and Mt Hutt is now closed for the day. Thank you to everyone who visited us today, if you didn’t make it up today, here’s what you missed: "We currently have unlimited views across Canterbury with sunshine, warmer temps and light winds. It is another magical day at Mt Hutt.  Skiing and riding is mainly limited to our groomed trails and parks - please respect our snow code and remember to "Limit your speed in busy areas. Match your speed to surrounding skiers and riders and be prepared for others to make sudden changes in direction or speed." P.S we are not going to mention the weather forecast for next week but check it out snow, snow and more snow!" Tomorrow’s weather forecast according to MetService.com is… Fine, apart from morning high cloud. Northwesterlies, easing in the afternoon. Tomorrow morning we will assess the current conditions and we will update this report by 5:30am. We are really looking forward to seeing you soon.

Information

We have some new street-style terrain park features just down from Jib Garden for intermediate skiers and riders. Come by and try them out! Additionally, Solis is here today near the base of our Summit 6 chairlift to demo the latest Solomon gear.
