The Road has drifted in a few spots between Simpsons Ridge and the Container so we are saying 4WD with Chains only today. Please fit chains at Bottom Hut. Sorry no 2WD today.

Friday 31st July... Argh... a nice way to say goodbye to July. One Banana ... 10cm at the Hut - expecting some nice pockets and drifting on the upper field. Will we see a second by tomorrow? Winds remain strong with intermittent snow showers easing back this morning before we are expecting another pulse of precipitation this afternoon & tonight. Did someone say free refills? Just like the Playground Gods cooking up a storm, our Chef Lloyd will be doing the same so book in for lunch! A big brew of mulled wine is also on the cards. 4WD with Chains only from Bottom Hut. Sorry no 2WD today. Radio up from Bottom Hut requesting "Road Cone" for the latest roading conditions. Please be aware and respectful of farm traffic through Glenthorne Station. See you soon!
