Road info

Drivers should be aware of icy patches on the upper road. Take it slow and drive to the conditions. There is a lot of new traffic on the road so driving slow and being patient will go a long way. Your adventure starts with the journey, make it a safe one!

Weather Comment

Today we’re waking up to overcast skies, with the chance of light showers throughout the day, fingers crossed some of that falls as snow! A northeasterly wind is lingering and likely to stick around, so make sure to layer up and prepare for variable visibility. Our Grooming Team has done an outstanding job overnight, prepping the mountain beautifully for First Tracks and the day ahead. However, off-piste areas are not recommended today. Stick to the groomed runs to make the most of the conditions and enjoy the flowing lines. Conditions out on Greengates are variable so please ski and ride with caution and remember to follow our Snow Responsibility Code. Stay alert for any weather changes, and check in on our snow report as always for any changes.

Information

Last weekend of the New Zealand School Holidays! We are loving seeing all of the families up here enjoying their holidays, thank you for joining us and making Coronet Peak part of your winter adventure! Tonight will be our last Saturday Nightski, a chance to experience the magic before you head back to school. Look out for the LUMA touch tonight with fairies and lots of heart. Don't expect a groom tonight, we will roll straight into it with Coronet Express.
