Leaving from Yaldhurst at 7 am. : SH73 just past NPD Yaldhurst (Filly Place). 4WD, snow chains, big roof box. Regular 3 peak season ski pass holder with many years of experience on this road. $30 p/p. Returning at closing time or earlier if the weather deteriorates. If the morning weather report is concerning, I will contact the booking contacts before 6:30 am to discuss the trip.

Chains are required on 2WD vehicles from Chain Bay 2 (Canterbury View). Self-fit chain hire is available from Chain Bay 1 (Info Booth). Drivers of vehicles who breach our chain call and invariably require assistance from our road patrol team will be charged a $800 fee. All other vehicles must carry chains as road surface conditions can change quickly due to traffic volumes and/or weather conditions.
