Regular 3 peak season pass holder with many years of experience on this road and decades of driving experience in general. 4WD with snow chains, big roof box. $30 p/p at the time of boarding. Leaving from Yaldhurst 6:30: SH73 just past NPD Yaldhurst (Filly Place). Returning at closing time or earlier if the weather deteriorates. If the weather report is concerning, I will contact the booking contacts either the night before or on the day of the trip as soon as I made aware of the concern to discuss the options.

Keep left at all times and observe the 40km/h speed limit. Make sure your windscreen is clean inside and out as sunstrike will be a hazard to begin with.
Weather Comment
We're enjoying a fine start to the day with clear skies overhead, light winds in the base area and 40km/h westerlies at the summit. First tracks is ON. Snow surface conditions will be firm and fast at higher elevations to begin with and then we should see these start to soften on solar aspects as the day warms up. We still have great coverage both on and off trail - start out on the groomed trails and parks and then chase the spring corn in off-piste areas from mid-late morning. Check signage before heading out and choose terrain that matches your ability level. Make the most of the tasty bratwursts and good vibes at our Corona Bar - opening for the last time this winter at 11am today. Have a great day!
