Broken River is OPEN!!! Today (Saturday) is going to be a glorious day up at BR with clear skies and fresh powder! If you didn't make it up here yesterday, you're still in luck because today we expect to have all of our terrain open including Allan's Basin. This means plenty of untouched snow for you to shred up as Allan's was closed all day yesterday. We received about 50 cm in the last storm. This is about what our base is. It's quite supportable with about 5 to 10 cm of fresh snow on top. All tows should be running as normal except for the Ridge Tow. We hope to have it running later in the day. It's only a ten-minute walk to the top of Nervous Knob from the bottom of the tow if it is closed. Palmer Lodge should be close to full operation so come on up and grab a beverage and a pizza or a pie. All of our lodges are open too. Stay the night in the mountains and save money on petrol.
