Information
It is snowing at Broken River and we are OPEN. We received about 5 cm overnight. It's going to be a great day with cold winter-like conditions. Bundle up with temperatures below zero. As always, the main basin at BR is sheltered from strong winds, so it should be some pleasant skiing. We expect the Ridge Tow to be delayed due to rime. There is a chance it won't open today, but it's just a short 10 minute hike to get to Nervous Knob without the tow. Allan's Basin is expected to be open as visibilty allows. We're running a Fresh Snow Special for Sunday night: 20% off on-mountain accommodation on Sunday 16 August for both catered and self-catered stays.
