Meet/Leave: 7.00am behind NPD Yaldhurst Road. There’s ample parking there; or can pickup on way if in the Northwest of Christchurch.
Late model AWD with chains dual board/ski rack and space day bag each.
If weather or conditions are debatable I will contact when latest reports are released, to get a consensus to go or not. $25pp.

We anticipate all vehicles will need to fit chains with new snow in the forecast. Self-fit chain hire is available at Chain Bay 1 (Info Booth). Drivers of vehicles who breach our chain call and invariably require assistance from our road patrol team will be charged a $800 recovery fee. If you see a line of traffic forming behind you, please pull to the side to allow faster vehicles past. Speed limit on the access road is 40km/h. Maintain 2-way access at all time.

It’s 4pm and Mt Hutt is now closed for the day.
