Good Morning! Broken River is OPEN! We’ll have cooler temps than yesterday as the storm moves in this evening into tomorrow. The spring skiing has been great this week, and with a refresh we should be finding soft turns out there! Come on up! We have a storm coming in this evening, so you'll want to book a bunk tonight for fresh tracks Thursday morning or Thursday night for the best visibility on Friday. Midweek packages (catered meals, bunk, tow ticket) are now 20% off. Book at brokenriver.co.nz Next Saturday (19/9) at BR we are having the BR Freeride Competition organised by BR homegrown World Freeride Champion Hamish Henderson. This low-key, social competition is open to everyone - ski and snowboard, and adult & junior categories. We've got some cool prizes and there'll be a BBQ to finish. $20 registration.
